Compile Test for Particle Pushers
=================================

This test compiles
  - all particle pushers, each for one particle shape
  - current solvers for different shapes
  - 32bit and 64bit
  - some field solvers (Lehe and Yee, other solvers are tested in FieldAbsorber tests)
